Your sky stays on your device.
Effective July 14, 2026. ORLOJ is an educational astronomical-clock experience programmed and published by Richard Amir Nasser. It does not require an ORLOJ account, sell entered birth information, or use birth details to select advertising.
What the app processes
If you use the Birth Codex, the name, date, time and preset birthplace you enter are processed in your browser to calculate an approximate local sky, zodiac coordinates and numerology prompts. This information is held in temporary screen memory. The app does not submit it to an ORLOJ database or save it to an ORLOJ account.
Collection and sharing
ORLOJ does not submit names or birth data to its server. The free edition may display Google-served advertising after the ad account is approved. Google and its partners may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, ad performance and diagnostics according to the user’s consent choices and Google’s policies. Hosting providers may process ordinary request and security logs.
Ads and the 99¢ ad-free unlock
The free edition reserves restrained sponsor space. The one-time Ad-Free Founder product removes ORLOJ ad requests for the purchasing Google Play account; it is not a subscription. Google Play processes the transaction and provides the entitlement. ORLOJ does not receive the full payment-card number. Birth Codex inputs are never sent to the ad service for targeting.
Location and children
The app does not request Android location permission. Birthplace is chosen manually from a fixed city list. ORLOJ is a general-audience educational app and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Interpretive zodiac and numerology material is clearly labeled as cultural reflection, not factual prediction or professional advice.
Storage, offline use and deletion
A service worker may cache the app shell, artwork and public educational content so the installed experience starts reliably. It does not intentionally cache completed Birth Codex inputs. Because there is no ORLOJ account or personal-data store, there is no server profile to delete. Closing or reloading the page clears the current unsaved form state; uninstalling the app clears its local cache through Android.
External sources and changes
Source links open independent websites governed by their own policies. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Google Play support and developer contact details are supplied in the app’s Play Store listing.
